How do I get my free products?

When you register, you will gain access to 60+ products of our choice. The quality of these products will be of our usual high standards. You can see the free products you will be able to download by clicking Account / Downloads / Free Products.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

There are many benefits.... first up, you get access to at least 10 free products and will get many more as the site grows. You can also make money by telling a friend or referring our site to others (check out the "Make Money" section).

Also you can access several member features of the site..... creating favorites folder, rating products, commenting on pages, using the forums and many more things.

If you opt in, you can also receive a newsletter so that you are first to know about any news and promotions that we offer.

How long does it take to answer my ticket?

We try to answer all tickets within 24 hours, it usually takes less time (during European office hours).

Weekends can sometimes take longer, but we try to ensure the 24 hour rule as much as possible.

How do I change my password or other details?

First, login. Then click the "Account" button at the top of the page. Here, you can change several details for your account.

How do I change my username?

To change your username, please submit a ticket to our customer service department stating your desired username and reason for change.
