Love locks

Paris, 27/01/2013. Love locks on the Pont de l’Archevêché, Paris, France. Lovers from all over the world lock padlocks to the bridge and toss the key in the river to signify eternal love. This recent tradition, started in the 2000s, exists in other parts of the world, too. In Paris in 2010 the Town Hall expressed concern over the weight of the locks compromising the stability of the fragile old bridges, but the trend didn't stop.
